1. Legal Entity & Proprietorship
Welcome to AnuragTecz (operating under domain anuragtecz.in). AnuragTecz is a software engineering and cloud architecture studio owned and operated solely by Anurag Bora ("Proprietor", "Engineer", "we", "us") as an independent Sole Proprietorship under the laws of India. By accessing this website, placing an order, booking a service, or creating an account, you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Local Governance & Jurisdiction: This studio operates within a rural Gaon Panchayat jurisdiction, situated strictly outside the territorial and administrative limits of the Golaghat Municipal Board (Rural / Non-Municipal Area). All commercial operations comprise export-oriented and domestic remote digital software engineering, cloud architecture, web systems development, and computer programming consultancy (NIC Code: 62011 / 62020) operated from an independent home-office workspace without physical retail footfall or hazardous activities.
3. Mandatory Age Requirement (18+)
Under Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, only individuals competent to contract may enter into legally binding agreements. You must be at least 18 years of age to submit project briefs, request technical proposals, or enter into custom software development agreements with AnuragTecz. By checking the age confirmation box during sign-up or brief submission, you represent and warrant that you are of legal adult age.
4. Account Security and Authentication
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, authenticator application keys (TOTP), and single-use emergency backup recovery tokens. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We provide two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator) and mobile OTP verification to assist clients in safeguarding their projects and billing records.
5. Pre-Contractual Scoping & Non-Transactional Web Platform
All package displays, architectural pricing calculators, and intake forms on anuragtecz.in serve exclusively as pre-contractual technical scoping, feasibility estimation, and project proposal request instruments.
No automated point-of-sale checkouts, direct online merchandising, or instantaneous financial transactions are processed on this website. Submission of an architectural brief or proposal request does not conclude a commercial sale. Binding contracts, delivery milestones, and formal engineering engagements are established through direct, individually executed bilateral service agreements.
6. Scope of Services & Delivery
All development packages (including JavaScript websites, automation scripts, and full-stack MVPs) are executed strictly according to mutually agreed scope parameters. Estimated turnaround times (e.g. 3-5 days, 7-14 days) begin once the project brief, initial milestone deposit, and necessary technical assets are confirmed under agreement.
7. Intellectual Property & Source Code Transfer
Upon 100% receipt of final payment for a custom software project, full intellectual property rights, source code repositories, and deployment access are assigned directly to the client. AnuragTecz retains the right to display non-confidential project screenshots and general case studies in its public portfolio unless explicitly prohibited under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
8. Account Deletion and Termination
Clients may delete their account at any time through the self-service deletion portal at /accounts/delete/. Deleting an account immediately and permanently purges all profile records, intake drafts, and authentication keys from the database in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and GDPR Right to Erasure.
9. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
Software is delivered with a standard 14-day post-delivery bug-fix support period for agreed specifications. AnuragTecz is not liable for indirect damages, third-party hosting outages, domain registrar downtime, or subsequent modifications made to the codebase by third parties.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Golaghat, Assam, India.
