Refund & Milestone Policy
Applicable to all digital service orders on anuragtecz.in
1. Milestone-Based Execution
Because custom software development involves dedicated engineering time, human expertise, and upfront infrastructure provisioning, service packages are delivered on verified milestone phases:
- Phase 1: Architecture & UI Prototype Review
- Phase 2: Core Engineering & Staging Demo
- Phase 3: Final Testing, Production Deployment & Source Handover
2. Cancellation Prior to Work Commencement
If an order is placed and you decide to cancel within 24 hours before development or architectural scoping has started, a 100% full refund will be processed to the original payment method minus standard payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3%).
3. Work in Progress
Once engineering work has begun, deposits or milestone payments cover the hours and code generated up to that stage. If you decide to terminate a project halfway through, you retain all code and assets produced up to that milestone, and any uncommenced future milestone fees are waived.
4. Post-Delivery Guarantee
All completed projects include a 14-day defect resolution warranty during which any bugs or deviation from the agreed specification will be resolved free of charge.
